Heads Up

Yeah, I changed the header, see? That’s the Leo pic I wanted to use a while ago, but I have a tiny little problem with CHANGE. Not so you’d know, of course, since, you know, I’ve done SO WELL with putting things behind me. Ahem.

Max is in the hospital. I’m not sure how a vet can take a cat to surgery and not know he has an upper respiratory infection, and how he can be released 7 hours later coughing and swallowing like he has a brier bush in his throat and they can STILL not notice. *sigh* He had a low body temp and had not been able to even swallow water when I took him back in this morning. He will be fine, but dang. That seems a little negligent to me. After having paid them nearly $700 yesterday, I think I deserve an answer as to how that could be overlooked.

Anyway. Um…the debate. Don’t get me started. I will say, however, that if I could set Sarah Palin on my mantel to have and to hold, I would. And no, I will not be buying her action figure to do the job.

I have a bug problem in my kitchen. There are too many holes in walls behind cabinets, so I can’t plug ’em. Gonna have to find a way, tho, cuz, durn. NOT NICE. Big freakin’ roaches. HATE. DO NOT WANT. The cats LOVE ’em. They make great toys. I am obviously not in agreement. I’ve sprayed perimeters, and that is killing them, but they are still getting in. There is no easy solution.
